vaticanday.com keeps contact-form messages to answer them, keeps a log of page requests and loads map images from another service. The site sets no advertising cookies.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, your email and your message. The message is stored on our own server so the editor can answer it. We keep the sending IP address with it to limit abuse of the form. The message is not shared with anyone else, and you are not added to any list.
Server log and visit counts
The server logs each page request: the page, the browser type, the country and the page you came from. It does not store your IP address in this log. We use it to see which pages are read and which crawlers visit.
The map
The map page loads map images from OpenStreetMap, so OpenStreetMap receives your IP address when you open that page.
Booking a tour
Tour bookings happen on Viator, not here. Viator's own privacy policy applies from the moment you leave this site. We do not see who booked.
